Description: This session, titled "AI-Driven Personalized Smart Learning: Technology Integration and Innovative Practices," focuses on how artificial intelligence can effectively enhance personalized and intelligent education. It includes six sub-themes: AI-driven Learner Profiles and Personalized Learning Pathways; Generative AI and Intelligent Educational Resource Development; AI and Multimodal Learning Analytics for Innovative Feedback; Building and Exploring AI-Empowered Smart Learning Ecosystems; The Technology and Application Scenarios of AI Empowered Education; and Special Education and Personalized Teaching Empowered by AI. The goal is to promote intelligent educational development through technological integration and innovative practices.

Assoc.
Prof. Haibing Hou
Guangdong Open University, China
Hou Haibing, Associate Professor at Guangdong Open
University, holds a doctoral degree and has been a visiting
scholar at Wesleyan University (USA) and Göttingen
University of Applied Sciences (Germany). Her research
focuses on education and applied linguistics. She has led
over ten projects, including those funded by the Guangdong
Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Planning, Guangzhou
Municipal Philosophy and Social Science Planning, Guangdong
Provincial Continuing Education Quality Improvement Project,
and Guangdong Provincial University Innovative Projects. She
has published over ten papers in SCI, EI, Peking University
core journals, and provincial-level journals. She has won
awards such as the First Prize in the Guangdong Provincial
Teacher Ethics Essay Contest and the Second Prize in the
Guangdong Province Vocational Skills Competition Teaching
Ability Contest. She has also been recognized as a Teaching
Excellence Awardee at Guangdong Open University.
Dr.
Jiesheng Huang
Guangdong Open University, China
Huang Jiesheng, A teacher at the School of Artificial Intelligence,
Guangdong Open University, holds a Ph.D. from South China Normal
University. He is a member of the China Computer Federation (CCF)
and a Level-2 Artificial Intelligence Trainer certified by the
Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Dr. Huang has been
engaged in teaching and research in computer technology for over 20
years, holds two authorized invention patents, has participated in
one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of
China, and has led several provincial and ministerial-level research
projects. He has published more than ten academic papers in SCI, EI,
and provincial-level journals and guided students to win two
national first prizes in the "Lanqiao Cup" National Software Design
and Innovation Competition.
